*From 10:00 to 15:00, the plenary program will be held with simultaneous interpretation. A seated course lunch will be served.
*Simultaneous interpretation headsets will be provided on the day to those who have requested them in the registration form.
*There will be 2 sessions consisting of five roundtable discussions each that cover different topics, conducted in Japanese or English. Interpretation will not be provided.
*Please note that program content and speakers are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Roundtables
After the plenary, we will host two consecutive sessions that feature five themed roundtable discussions in each session. Participants can choose to attend one of the five different topics in each session. Two of the sessions will be conducted in English and three in Japanese. As these are interactive discussions, interpretation will not be provided. Please choose the topic and language you prefer and join in!
Each roundtable session will last for 70 minutes. The panelists will speak for about 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of discussion and Q&A with the participants. The final 10 minutes will be dedicated to a wrap-up. These lively discussions offer valuable insights and foster engaging exchanges.
