The International Women's Business Conference is a conference planned and produced by Kaori Sasaki, It started in 1990, back when women did not have such opportunities, in order for working women to network and learn. Held annually, it is a time to experience ``diverse perspectives”. The ICWB has now grown to become Japan's largest diversity conference.
