Workshop Session 1 / 14:15 - 15:45
11) Learning From a Personal Look at Women Leaders
An increasing number of women leaders are emerging in the corporate and political worlds. In order to “Move Tomorrow,” how do you move the people around you? We have invited trailblazers who create a new tomorrow while taking leadership in a diversity of positions. They will share problem-solving skills gained through experience and the key to motivate people to take action.
12) Consumption and Society Moved by Twitter
Twitter is a hot topic these days. The Prime Minister and Diet members utilize it, and companies are starting to embrace it as a marketing tool. Twitter enables direct and real-time communication with customers. We will discuss if it can move consumption and society while considering the key points of Twitter usage case examples.
13) Just What is the Raison d’Etre of Businesses?
Corporate social responsibility has been a focus of attention for a while now, and with the current harsh economic climate, the meaning of CSR is being called into question. For what purpose do businesses exist? What roles are sought of companies now? We will discuss these questions while introducing the initiatives of various companies.
14) Forever Beautiful and Full of Vitality: the Minds and Health of Working Women
The most crucial things for working women are stamina and drive. And of course, to be beautiful and attractive. Mind and body care experts will share tips and ideas that you can incorporate starting from today on, to enrich your everyday work and life.
15) Working Mothers & Working Fathers: Moving Society Together With Working Fathers
Working mothers and working fathers. The only way we can change society and businesses from the perspective of child raising is to add diversity to Japan’s society. We will share ideas, the joy, and how to solve issues in bringing up children and discuss how our everyday experiences and perspectives can be useful in changing society.

16) (English) "Discover Your Possibilities"
To make a difference in your life, you must first discover a number of things. In this workshop, you will learn the meaning of discovery and create a roadmap to clarify your next step, while gaining an awareness of your possibilities. This is a hands-on workshop that calls for participants to think for themselves, take action, and make statements. (This workshop will be conducted in English.)

Workshop Session 2 / 16:15 - 17:45
21) (English) Making a Difference: Enhancing Japan’s Role and Influence
There is concern that Japan’s presence is weakening; what can we do in Japan to make a difference in the world? What are Japan’s challenges? We will consider what should be done to enhance Japan’s influence. (This workshop will be conducted in English)
22) Will Japan’s Economy Develop?
We have heard about Asia’s economic growth and the USA’s business recovery, and at the same time, have witnessed the economic collapse of Iceland and Greece. Interest is high in whether Japan’s economy is capable of developing and in what direction it should head amid the currently wavering political situation. What is economic development? What are Japan’s advantages for this? Will diversity and environmental measures contribute to the economy? This discussion is crucial to the Japan of tomorrow.
23) The Benefits of a Seductive Career
Just what does it mean to "be competent"? To have a logical mind? To be productive? To be a visionary? To be committed? While all these are obvious requirements, the trait that makes a difference is charisma. In other words, to be seductive. Charismatic leaders will share their tips.
24) Cultivating Working Women for Growth
What kind of training environment is needed for a society where working women in their 20s and 30s can flourish? What should we learn and what should we improve? We will discuss how to cultivate younger workers while looking at case examples.
25) Homes and Environments Sought by Working Women: Lifestyles
The importance of homes is recently in the spotlight. What is a “user-friendly” home for working women? What is a “relaxing” home? A home where “work proceeds efficiently”? We will discuss how to be creative, how to choose a home from what perspective, and the link between our level of happiness and productivity with our abode.
26) Communication to Motivate Others to Action
More than in any era before, communication is discussed as a tool for sales activities, negotiations, and to unite the minds of a team. To learn about theories and guidelines, you can just go and research the Internet. But with this hands-on workshop, participants will use physical movement and enjoy learning about communication as could be experienced only at that moment, at that venue, and with the others there.
27) Who will change politics?
Interest in politics seems to be higher than ever. Possible reasons are increasing communication by politicians online and policy evaluations open to the general public such as budget screenings. But that's not all. Another possible factor is that it is completely unpredictable how Japan will turn out if politics continue according to convention. We can no longer leave politics to politicians only. We will candidly discuss with members of the National Diet what needs to be considered and what needs to be done.

*About interpretation
