Makiko Eda
General Manager, Marketing Headquarters, Intel K.K.
Ms. Eda graduated the School of Letters, Arts and Sciences at Waseda University. After acquiring a master's degree in sociology at Arkansas State University Graduate School in the US, she joined the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Pennsylvania as a market research analyst in 1990. She joined the University of Pennsylvania Health System in 1994 and worked as a market research analyst and senior research associate. She then moved on to JMRB Research International (*former name) in 1997 and worked as the research and planning department section manager and assistant department manager.
Ms. Eda joined Intel K.K. in September 2000 and worked as market research manager at the corporate marketing headquarters. From 2003, she was concurrently Internet marketing and business campaign manager. In 2004, she was appointed corporate marketing group manager. In 2005, she was named to her current position as marketing headquarters general manager.
