Ritsuna Yamaguchi
National Registered Dietician
Lecturer at the Life-Long Study Program, Kagawa Nutrition University
Ms. Yamaguchi was born in 1964. Upon graduation from college, she worked in an office for six years before attending a nutrition college where she earned her degree as a dietician at the age of 30. She prepared therapeutic food and provided nutritional guidance at hospitals and clinics, before assuming her current position engaging in company cafeteria operations for a semiconductor manufacturer. Her "Nutritional Education" written for company employees appeared in the April 2006 Yomiuri Shimbun. Recently, she lectures at seminars on food and health, oversees websites and nutrition education handbooks, and is also involved in developing recipes.
