Tomoko Oishi

Ms. Oishi graduated from Waseda University School of Arts, Letters and Sciences I. She worked in employment support operations providing assistance for new businesses and in career advancement at the Yokohama Women's Association for Communication and Networking and the Japan Association for the Advancement of Working Women. In 2001, she became a university professor. Her published works include "Guidebook for Working Women" (Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry, 2001), "Introduction to Becoming a Career Consultant" (Tokyo Regal Mind, 2002), and "Self Management for a Happy Life" (Nippon Jitsugyo Publishing, 2005).
