Shinji Ishibashi

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Coerver Coaching Asia Pacific

Mr. Ishibashi was born in 1958 in Shimabara, Nagasaki prefecture, Japan. A graduate of Hosei University, he was a star member of the university's soccer team that won the All Japan Soccer Tournament, Kanto Group 1 Championship and the Prime Minister Cup.

Mr. Ishibashi continued his studies at San Jose State University in California and then returned to Japan to play for the ANA (All Nippon Airways) Yokohama Soccer Club (now called the "Yokohama F. Marinos" of the J-League). After retiring from professional soccer, he worked at ANA Enterprises, Ltd. in the Human Resources Department and the Reform Promotion Office.

Mr. Ishibashi has been the COO of Coerver Coaching Asia Pacific since February 2003. Coerver Coaching is a globally proven soccer skills teaching method that has been recognized by top football associations such as FIFA. They focuses on teaching individual technical skills to children between the ages of 5-15, a period termed as the "Golden Age of Learning," teaching their method through an ever-expanding nationwide network of Coerver Coaching Soccer Schools in Japan.
