21) Communicating Assertively Outside of the Box (English)
So you are acting outside of the box, but how should you communicate this with those around you? When you propose a new idea, how should you explain it to move others to act on it? In this workshop, you will learn how to communicate outside of the box.
22) Communication Techniques for Supervisors and Staff
Effective communication is key for supervisors and staff to exert their capabilities as a team. Good leadership and good followership can drive the organization. Are you working on your skills as a supervisor/follower? This workshop will be guided by human resource development consultant Yuko Sugawara, who is also very popular for her courses at ewoman. Her communication tips can be applied even to child-raising and are highly recommended.
 
23) Change for Japan: Economy, Politics, and Society
Do you have any suggestions for the Japanese government? Japanese society feels stuck in a rut with a mistrust of politics unable to respond to changing times, on top of the global economic crisis. We have invited speakers who directly participate in state councils and will discuss how to revitalize Japan from the standpoint of economic policy.

“Konkatsu" activities to proactively seek marriage are a hot topic lately. At the same time, divorce rates are reportedly on the rise among those aged “around forty". Just what does marriage mean for women who plan to pursue a career? How does divorce impact a career? A practicing expert and researchers for marriage and divorce will discuss these issues, including case studies from abroad.
26) School Education that Nurtures Leadership
